Home Inspection

The home inspection went really well on Tuesday. The inspector seemed impressed by the quality of the house and mentioned that it was refreshing to see a nicely cared for home since a lot of his inspections have been foreclosures lately. It was a good experience for learning about our house - where shut-off valves are, how old the systems are, what issues we might encounter in the future. We are going to move ahead without changing our offer. There are some things to do, like put a screen on top of the chimney, but nothing that makes us want to try to get the price down more.

My friend Fofana has informed me that he is going to be very upset if we move without letting him help. He's pretty determined to help us paint our living room. :)
