We had an eventful evening yesterday. Jews for Jesus did a presentation called "Christ in the Passover" at one of the neighborhood churches. They had a table set up in front and talked about the parts of the Passover and their symbolism with a Christian perspective. It was very interesting and if you have the opportunity to go to something like this we highly recommend it. The symbolism of the Passover Seder is awe inspiring.
Dottie ate a piece of the "lucky bamboo" (Squeak, for those of you who know our plants by name) and got really sick from it while we were out. She threw up multiple times, and when we got home she did not want her dinner (shocking coming from her!!), was lethargic, and her eyes were dilated... Thankfully she was over it by this morning and we're back to mostly normal, so no vet trip today.
We've started on the spring yard cleanup, but it snowed last night!! Thankfully it has already melted. Our daffodils, tulips, and crocuses are opening up, and we're starting to see the stems of our raspberry plants greening up and putting out some leaf buds. The alliums and lilies have started to come up too. Yay spring!!
