Done with another quarter! Yay!!! I turned in my last assignment this morning and got a chai from Caribou on my way to work to celebrate. Now I can start on our Christmas letter! It might be late, but it's something.
These snowstorms keep on moving through, and we get some more snow each time... Last night's wasn't bad for us in the north end of the cities. But it sounds like things are pretty crazy south of us. Some friends are driving from Canada tomorrow to park their car with us and fly out of here to Seattle - should be interesting if we get more snow tomorrow like the weather gurus think we will.
Dottie loves Christmas. Having wrapping paper and tissue paper on the floor in the living room is a blast when you are a cat. She had one piece of tissue paper that became hers to attack, and she spent many hilarious days playing with it. There was stalking... then feigned disinterest... then the pounce! The crinkly sound it makes really gets her.
Sounds like we are heading to Wisconsin for Christmas Day. We'll go see my dad's sisters, then catch whomever of my mom's family is around before we head back home.
