Snow

They call this the biggest snowstorm we've had since the Halloween Blizzard of 1991, during which I, Maria, went trick-or-treating... During this one I walked to work for a Saturday morning funeral, which was not cancelled, but church the next day was. There was no getting through in St. Paul. We got about 2 feet of snow, and then we got more snow, and more snow. These pictures are from the days following the main storm.

The birds have been busy at the feeders. The snow was piled high on some of them... Only the higher hole of our tall feeder was accessible before we brushed it off, and it was cute to watch the birds handling the little snowbank.
